GUEST CONDUCTOR WITH THE WIND ORCHESTRA ZARAGOZA (WOZ)

Last July 14, I guest conducted the Wind Orchestra Zaragoza (WOZ) in a concert at the Zaragoza Principal Theatre, with the collaboration of singers Beatriz Bernad and Nacho del Río.

The program, with title “Aragonese Music Masterpieces”, included pieces by Glinka, Granados, Luna, Bretón, Albéniz and Falla, among others. Also, “Himno-Canto a Erla” was premiered at the concert, a piece I wrote in 2011 which finally was presented to the public. It was a great premiere with a brilliant performance by Beatriz, Nacho and the orchestra.

It was a great experience and a really beautiful concert that I will never forget. Stay tuned for very interesting upcoming collaborations with this orchestra.
